SWEDEN - WOMENS WORLD CHAMPION 2018!

Sweden won the World Championship ones again. The team won the final in Chengde, China, against Russia with only one goal, 1-0. Scorer in the first half was Camilla Johansson. The game was very smooth, but after much play on the middle plane, Sweden was able to keep away and become world champion again. The game contained a lot of physical play between the two teams.

Sweden goalkeeper Linda Odén and Russian player Natalia Alferova got the prices as the best players in the final game.

The bronze medals went to the Norwegian team by winning the third prize match against Finland 5-2. The two best players in that game was Norways Charlotte Selbekk and Finlands Susanna Sionola.
