FIB Participated in the GLDF Compliance Course Organized by WADA

FIB was invited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to take part in an in-person training course organized for anti-doping experts. The Global Learning and Development Framework (GLDF) provides a foundation for the development of anti-doping professionals – knowledge, skills, behaviors, competences – to improve professionalism and enhance the capabilities of the anti-doping workforce.

The course was held in Vienna, Austria between 18-20 September 2024 and was organized in collaboration with the National Anti-Doping Agency Austria and WADA. FIB Operations Manager Reka Foldesi participated in the 3-day course that brought together 16 participants from National Anti-Doping Organizations and International Federations to learn from experts on the field and share best practices in Anti-Doping Compliance. Facilitated by a team of GLDF trainers, the course included engaging trainer-led sessions, e-Learning, and networking opportunities.
