RUSSIA WORLD CHAMPION!

Russia won the Golden Final against Sweden after a dramatic game. Sweden was in the lead several times in the game, but Russia scored 5-5 at the end of regular time. As usual, it was a coincidence that decided the game. Almaz Mirgazov was the last happy scorer for Russia.

Next year we meet in Irkutsk, Russia!
The World Championships will be held next year in Irkutsk, where the construction of the new arena is in full swing. The tournament A-group will be played March 28-April 5, after the regular season for the nations’ highest series. The B-group will also be playing in Irkutsk, but before the A-group starts.
